Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to our guides and other guests.

• Cancellations 7+ days before trip – Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Cancellations 3–6 days before trip – 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).

• Cancellations within 48 hours – No refund will be issued.

• Weather & Safety – If we must cancel due to unsafe conditions (lightning, high winds, flooding, etc.), you will receive a full refund or may reschedule.

• No-shows – Will be charged the full trip amount.
