Meet Your Guide - Brad Anderson

Brad grew up in New Hampton, Iowa—right in the heart of the Iowa Driftless Region—and started trout fishing in 1975. In 1981, a fly rod in Yellowstone changed everything. Since then, Brad has made over two dozen trips west and spent a lifetime chasing trout across the spring-fed streams of Iowa. Fly fishing feeds his soul. Now, he shares that joy with others, especially beginners, offering hands-on guidance and deep local knowledge. A lifelong outdoorsman, Brad is also a steward of the land and passionate about protecting Iowa’s wild places for future generations. He is a member of Trout Unlimited North Bear Chapter as well as Yellowstone Forever.  Brad is CPR and first aid certified.
